「尚青ㄟ底加！」
蚵仔（牡蠣），據《熱蘭遮城日記》記載在台已有四百多年歷史，鄭成功治台所徵收的魚稅「蠔」指的就是蚵仔。由於台灣氣候炎熱，蚵仔成熟期短，所以體型較小，卻仍有豐富營養價值，是全球排名第六的蚵仔產地。蚵田主要位於潮間帶或河川出口附近，台南七股的潟湖地形是台灣四大產區之一。近年業者也開發觀光行程，可乘竹筏遊蚵田，別具趣味。
台湾語「蚵仔」（かき）は、「熱蘭遮城日記」という書物によると、台湾に400年以上の歴史があると記載されています。鄭成功が台湾を支配していた時に徴収された漁業税「蠔」は、牡蠣を指していました。台湾の気候が暑いため、牡蠣の成熟期間が短く、体が小さくなってしまいますが、豊富な栄養価があり、世界で6番目に牡蠣の産地となっています。牡蠣の育ちは、潮間帯や河口の近くに位置し、台南七股の干潟は台湾で4大産地の1つです。近年、観光業者も牡蠣の養殖場を開発し、竹筏に乗って牡蠣の養殖場を見学するツアーも人気です。
